Kamran Rizvi has made a unique place for himself in the history of a young nation straddled with a burgeoning population of almost 200 million people, by pioneering the self-improvement and organizational development movement in 1991, founding KZR Associates (www.kzr.co). From 2002 onwards, KZR has initiated several organizations in its place that are actively serving the corporate, non-profit and youth sectors of Pakistan. They continue working on its mission of Developing the Human Factor. Kamran serves on the boards of School of Leadership, School of Leadership Foundation. He brings with him a wealth of cross-cultural management and leadership experience having worked in Europe, South Asia, and the Middle East for over thirty years. He facilitates paradigm-shifting learning programs locally and internationally for non-profits, commercial enterprises, government officials, youth and academia to enhance their managerial and leadership capability.
