Sohail oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance functions at the School of Leadership Foundation (SoLF). His work focuses on strengthening financial systems, promoting accountability, and ensuring the effective stewardship of resources to support the Foundation’s mission and strategic objectives.

Prior to joining SoLF, Sohail worked with nonprofit organizations, SMEs, and independent consulting projects, supporting financial reporting, accounting operations, payroll administration, and tax compliance. He has experience implementing financial controls, streamlining accounting processes, and enhancing reporting systems to improve organizational efficiency and decision-making.

Sohail holds a Master of Science (MS) in Finance from Air University, Islamabad. He is also a Certified Tax Advisor (CTA), awarded by the Institute of Corporate and Taxation.
