Aimon brings over seven years of human resources and data management expertise within the development sector. As the lead for all HR operations at SoLF, she oversees recruitment, performance management, staff wellbeing, and internal compliance systems. She is trained in PSEA by both SoLF and UNICEF(Safeguarding for Suppliers training), and is responsible for ensuring organisation-wide compliance.  This includes delivering mandatory PSEA training to all staff and maintaining up-to-date certification records. Before joining SOLF, Aimon spent four years as a Data Coder in the HRIS department at the Ministry of Energy, where she honed her skills in data integrity, system management, and reporting. Her extensive background in HR operations across multiple NGOs and strong data analytics capabilities enable her to build efficient, people‑centered systems that drive our programme’s growth and impact.
