Mariyam is currently serving as the Managing Director at SoLF. Her vision for community development stems from her strong passion for meaningful work to help improve and elevate living standards for disenfranchised communities. She has brought to life multiple campaigns and projects by exploring new thematic areas of work. She is an enthusiast for programs around Youth Empowerment, Education and Climate Change.

Mariyam does not only operate from the backend but also comes to the frontline as a trainer and facilitator. She is a certified Master Trainer and Facilitator by the British Council and delivered numerous training programs in the last 5 years. She brings with her the expertise of designing interactive OD interventions and thematic programs.

During her leisure time she likes to explore new cuisines either by dining out or by cooking for her friends and family.
